Merrill Lynch Advisor Workstation
My team created a comprehensive vision for the future of tools used by financial advisors at one of the largest banks in the United States.
Today, financial advisors at the bank use a smattering of tools and systems carried over from countless mergers, cobbled together into a disjointed workstation. Over the course of nine months, my team worked with our client to create a forward-looking prototype of a clear, opinionated, and consolidated system, helping the firm visualize the shape of their advisor-facing software going forward.
We spent several months at the beginning of the project getting a sense of an industry in flux, and how digital tools need to adapt to better facilitate the realities of the next generation financial advisor.
